A true entrepreneur with 18 years experience in software, including 8 years in Silicon Valley’s startup scene, and co-founder of KMC, the largest flexible workspace solutions provider in the Philippines, Patrick loves solving difficult problems through technology. A thought leader in the Philippine HR and business landscape, Patrick is an Endeavor Entrepreneur, and the 2023 Global Excellence Awards Man of the Year.

Kislay, a native of India, came to the Philippines to pursue an MBA at the Asian Institute of Management. Upon graduation, he decided to stay back and help local startups grow. Armed with his 11 years of experience spanning product management and software development, he leads the Product team at Sprout and oversees the entire product suite.

An accomplished marketer with a 25-year track record in building and leading successful local and international teams in the software and technology space, he is passionate about developing the next generation of customer-centric leaders and elevating Sprout to its fullest potential.

She is an ISO 27001 Certified Lead Auditor, TUV Rheinland Certified Data Protection Officer, and has earned her Green Belt Six Sigma Certification. As a lawyer, she specializes in Labor, Civil, and Commercial Law.
