Not all people are the same, and understanding the differences in the ways your employees work, what motivates them, what they want out of their career, and who they are as people makes it easier to provide constructive and continuous feedback.
Lastly, providing your employees with opportunities for learning, growth, and development is a sure effective way to make them more productive and motivated at work. This is particularly observed to improve attrition, so it’s something that will help you two-fold. Providing learning sources alongside giving employee feedback is a formula for success.
