Last December 15, 2024, Sprout Solutions hosted the much-anticipated Sprout Partners Night at the Shangri-La at the Fort in Manila. 

The exclusive gathering brought together esteemed Channels and Alliance partners who have played a vital role in Sprout’s growth through its expansion into Thailand.

Ana Pañares, Director of Sales at Sprout, kicked off the evening with an inspiring message highlighting the power of collaboration and the shared growth journey with Sprout’s valued partners.

In her talk, Sprout’s Head of Channels, EJ Garcia emphasized the importance of building partnership-driven ecosystems to address customer challenges effectively. 

She highlighted how the company is at the forefront of this shift, offering tools and platforms that enable seamless integration, flexibility, and collaboration for businesses.

By offering diverse solutions for Employee Lifecycle Management and building a strong ecosystem, Sprout helps partners work more efficiently and provide greater value. Garcia highlighted how these connected tools solve challenges, improve user experiences, and support business growth in today’s SaaS landscape.

In line with EJ’s insights, Rash Damaso, Portfolio Management Head for ERP Solutions and Services of Globe Group, stressed the transformative power of digital solutions like Sprout’s HRIS in improving operational efficiency and compliance. 

This tool has proven essential in driving business growth and simplifying HR tasks, ensuring that Globe Group can focus more on its strategic goals rather than day-to-day administrative burdens.

After dinner, Jenny Galang, CEO of Beepo Inc., shared how the company leveraged Sprout products to overcome operational challenges. She highlighted how transitioning from manual processes and scattered data sources played a pivotal role in their rapid growth, particularly as their workforce expanded fourfold. 

In fact, Sprout Payroll reduced their processing times by 50% while maintaining a consistent payroll accuracy of at least 98%. When Beepo transitioned to a remote work setup, Sprout’s cloud-based platform also provided secure data access for its employees. 

Gian Paulo Dela Rama, Chief Product Officer and Head of Sprout AI Labs, also shared how other products can be pivotal in supporting businesses across various industries like finance, healthcare, construction, and business process outsourcing (BPO). 

For example, ReadyWage provides employees easy access to their earned wages anytime, anywhere. This can enable better financial management and flexibility, especially with 91.8% of Filipinos experiencing financial stress and anxiety in 2024. 

In terms of time and billing processes, Sprout Keeper offers an all-in-one solution that allows businesses to track billable hours, projects, and expenses in real time. It also has customizable dashboards, productivity analysis, and financial performance tracking which can assist in identifying growth opportunities. 

Additionally, Inbound, an AI-powered lead management platform, is designed specifically for the real estate and automotive fields. By automating routine lead management tasks and delivering actionable insights, this tool helps every interaction drive greater engagement.
