To reflect the ever-growing need for quicker, yet more informed decision-making,, Sprout creates data-driven programs so that the actions businesses take are more strategic for employers and ultimately more beneficial for employees. An example of this was that in 2024.
Sprout’s Year End Awards (YEA) celebrated the hard work and dedication of the companies that navigated these obstacles and excelled in creating dynamic, people-first workplaces.
Using a combination of quantitative data (HR and payroll performance) and qualitative data (employee sentiment), we wanted to get a better picture of the behavioral aspects of why great businesses succeed.
Leveraging Sprout Insight and Sprout Pulse, we assessed organizations’ workforce management data and their employees’ personal experiences. This approach helped us not only gain insights into their organizational growth but also uncover the factors that drive those outcomes.
While numbers give us a glimpse into a company’s performance, they don’t always tell the full story. That’s why we used a data-centric approach, combining quantitative metrics with qualitative insights to understand workplace success.
Here’s why both data types matter:
Combining both ensures balanced decision-making: Just relying on hard data risks overlooking human factors, while focusing only on soft data can make decisions feel less data-driven. With a well-rounded approach, you can avoid blind spots in decision-making.
