Analytics: The Future of HR
The event’s first keynote presentation was delivered by Jose Kahn, President and Chief Operations Officer of Kahn Do Solutions, who discussed how analytics is the future of HR
During his presentation, Jose ran through the top five priorities for HR leaders in 2022, namely building critical skills and competencies, organizational design and change management, current and future leadership bench, diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), and lastly, the future of work. He then briefly discussed “quiet quitting,” the ongoing phenomenon of workers performing the bare minimum at work. Jose explained why this happens and how to resolve these issues.
Most importantly, Jose stressed the importance of maturing to HR 3.0 wherein the organization’s HR is an agile consulting organization and delivers efficient services and also practices design thinking to push innovative solutions, cognitive tools, and transparency into the organization. He emphasized how vital HR is to organizations and their current role in this new age.
What’s New with the Sprout Ecosystem?
Sprout’s Chief Product Officer, Kislay Chandra, was the company’s featured speaker, giving attendees an in-depth look at the Sprout ecosystem of HR solutions. He presented exclusive product updates and discussed upcoming innovations, including an updated Ecosystem dashboard that would allow clients to access all their Sprout-powered HR tools in one place.
Self-Care: A Must for Everyone at Work
With mental health becoming an increasingly critical topic for HR managers and a growing pain point for many organizations, the session’s third speaker, influential HR consultant Fabi Cariño, delivered a highly relevant presentation about self-care for HR leaders. She discussed the different stressors that HR professionals encounter and shared best practices to maintain optimal mental health in the workforce.
A Look at Sprout’s HR Digital Maturity Model
With today’s rapidly evolving HR landscape, organizations must embrace and adapt to several key trends, and maximize technology to take HR management to the next level. Recently, Sprout introduced a framework that helps measure the maturity of an organization’s HR technology infrastructure and processes. Atty. Lester Ople, Sprout’s HR Evangelist, went into detail during his presentation about this framework, called the HR-Digital Maturity Model (HR-DMM), sharing how it can provide organizations with a roadmap for HR transformation. Before concluding his presentation, Atty. Ople presented an exclusive survey that Sprout’s clients could take to identify where their current HR processes and tools are in the digital maturity scale, and together with Sprout, chart a path forward towards an optimal level.
The Sprout Circle
As the forum’s last keynote, Sprout’s AVP of Customer Success, Bernice Locsin, introduced and officially launched Sprout Circle, the official user group for Sprout clients, and a community for HR leaders and influencers. She discussed the benefits clients can enjoy by joining this client-driven group, including the opportunity to network and share best practices with other HR leaders across different companies and industries, and the chance to participate in Sprout’s product development process by giving feedback and insight on soon-to-launch products and feature improvements.
To end the well-attended and highly engaging event, Sprout’s Chief People and Customer Officer, Atty. Arlene de Castro delivered a great closing message, highlighting the importance of building a strong culture and its connection to every organization, HR’s evolution, and how a partner like Sprout can help businesses modernize their HR capabilities.
