Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to work on key areas such as SEO/SEM, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, and Content Marketing.

You will be working closely with the Head of Marketing and the entire Growth Team to create and execute a completely integrated digital marketing strategy for Sprout Solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Acquisition
    • Content/ inbound marketing: developing an editorial calendar and creating and strategically distributing relevant and valuable content to attract, acquirer and engage Sprout’s target market
    • Social media marketing: developing a distinct online presence by attracting high numbers of internet followers through social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube
    • Search engine optimization (SEO): developing strategies to increase number of visitors to Sprout’s website by getting high-ranking placements in search results
    • Affiliate marketing: developing strategic partnerships that allow relevant bloggers, organizations, businesses to promote Sprout products on their website
    • Pay per click (PPC) campaigns and mobile marketing: creating a strategy around sponsored online or in-app advertising to appear alongside non-paid search results
  • Work closely with the Head of Marketing in planning and executing all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and digital advertising campaigns
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages, feedback mechanisms and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Collaborate with agencies, freelancers and other vendor partners

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing or similar roles
  • Must have crisp English writing skills
  • Social media savvy – must be familiar with major social media networks, including SlideShare and Quora
  • Must know SEO (and willing to learn more and be trained
  • Tech-savvy – must be quick to learn various tools because you’ll be using a lot of them
  • Blogging (active or past), is a PLUS
  • Photoshop / design ability is a PLUS but not required
  • Must be willing to learn new things and be trained
