HR Implementor

The primary responsibility of an HR Implementor is to implement HR and Recruitment Software, through system configuration and thorough analysis of Processes. HR Implementor should be able to provide and share best and correct practices on policies in accordance to government labor standards.

Responsibilities

  • Onboard at least 4 Clients in a month depending on Inbound Client
  • Should be able to certify 2 Administrators per Client
  • Should have a positive feedback from client
  • Should share at least 1 session of knowledge about Government policy per month
  • Should not exceed the timeline implementation 20% off the baseline duration
  • Client should not have more than 5 “user issue” from Onboarded Client 1 month after Onboarding

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in projects
  • Experience in being an HR Generalist is a plus
  • Knowledge on DOLE Standards is a plus
  • Has skills in training or software training
  • Tech-savvy and tech-intuitive
  • Has empathy especially when dealing with client issues/complaints
  • Proactive, Passionate, Technical
  • Has leadership qualities, good communication skills, and a strategic mindset
  • Organized and creative problem solving
