PBSP, faced challenges in managing a large, dispersed, and project-based workforce of about 800 employees, including 50 core staff and numerous contractual workers. The manual processes in place for onboarding, offboarding, and timekeeping through Excel and physical biometrics were time-consuming and inefficient, especially as PBSP expanded. Managing employees across multiple locations further complicated time tracking and attendance oversight. Recognizing the limitations of their system, PBSP sought an HRIS solution that could meet their unique needs, align with strategic goals, and streamline HR operations to better manage their geographically spread workforce.
