Sprout will be handling Payroll, taking the role of Payroll experts. Legal will be handled by our partners (Veterans in the field).
Insofar as deliverables, we can give ETDs. Insofar as expertise and consultations, guarantees of fixed metrics and solutions are dependent on the nature and scope of work to be done (Especially applicable to legal support). Disclaimers will be given according to the situations presented, and Sprout will give advice insofar as it is qualified.
Each service will be tailored according to the needs of the client, as per the discovery meeting and assessment. It will be subject to the prevailing market rate, adjusted for the scope of the project and the extent of the work to be done, as well as given the input of our experts.
Changes in the legal landscape must be taken into account; ETDs must not be taken as fixed deadlines (With the exception of hard deadlines, such as the submission of legal/government documents/requirements). An example is immigration services having shifting requirements (ex. Vaccination requirements, RT-PCR, quarantine guidelines, etc.)
Sprout will not be involved in the legal relationship between the client and the legal experts to avoid a conflict of interest. This extends to the information flow; it will exclusively be between the client and the legal expert.
