01 Payroll Processing & Initial Audit

The assigned Payroll Processor will process and conduct an initial audit upon receiving instructions for payroll and as per the agreed upon timeline.

02 Secondary Audit

A payroll buddy will audit the payroll – if there will be corrections it will be reverted back for reprocessing.

03 Third Audit & Quality Assurance

Once approved by the Payroll buddy the payroll register will then be reviewed by Sprout’s Lead Payroll Master to conduct a third and final audit to ensure accurate and high quality payroll.

04 Client Approval

The payroll register will then be submitted to the client for final review and approval.

05 Crediting of Payments

Sprout will then send the bank files to the client for the crediting of payroll. Success! Your employees are credited with accurate payroll!
