What are the Sprout Awards?
The SPROUT AWARDS recognizes exceptional employers who have have gone above and beyond in fostering a positive workplace environment, promoting exceptional engagement, and fostering strong employee and partner relationships with their company.
Who is eligible to participate and how are they nominated?
All companies who are part of the Sprout Universe are eligible to participate, be nominated, and be recognized provided they have filled up the nomination form, which is available from May 27 to June 7, 2024. 
How are the winners selected?
The team will use Sprout Insight, our advanced data analytics tool, to gather and analyze the data, which will then be used to identify and honor the top-performing companies within each award category.
How many awards will be given?
A total of nine (9) Awards will be given.

    • Sprout Insight is an HR and Payroll Analytics tool that helps you make data-informed decisions that boost business performance. This tool lets you access key data like workforce attrition, overtime, and absenteeism trends through easy-to-use dashboards. It also gives you a complete view of your workforce by combining HR and Payroll data.

What is Sprout Pulse?

    • Sprout Pulse makes it easy to monitor employee engagement, no matter where your team works. This tool lets you send anonymous surveys to get honest feedback from your employees. You can use pre-built surveys tailored to your needs, and it will handle the data collection and analysis for you, saving you time and effort.
    • Pulse Professional 3 Month Subscription
      • With Pulse Professional, you can even create custom surveys with your own questions, on top of all the great features already included.
        • Note: The question must be answerable in a 1-5 scale.
      • For clients already subscribed to Pulse - You will get a free upgrade to Professional for 3 months.
      • For clients who aren’t subscribed to Pulse - You will get a complimentary 3 month Pulse Professional Subscription
Can I submit multiple entries for different categories in the Sprout Awards?

A company can only nominate itself for one (1) award. Their category will be determined by the total headcount of their company. 

  • Best Workplace Culture: Celebrating organizations that have created exceptional overall work environments that cultivate employee growth, development, and commitment.
  • Employee Loyalty Builder: Honoring organizations that excel in fostering strong employee relationships, nurturing partnerships, and creating supportive work environments, demonstrating commitment to growth and satisfaction. 
  • Employee Engagement Champion: Honoring organizations that have implemented effective strategies and programs to engage and empower their employees, resulting in enhanced productivity, satisfaction, and retention.

After careful consideration, we have determined that it would be best to allocate one award per client. By limiting the selection to one award per client, we ensure fairness and equal opportunity for all participants. By keeping the options focused, Sprout can highlight the most outstanding companies and help ensure a fair experience for everyone. 

Can I nominate someone else for the Sprout Awards?
Companies may only nominate themselves for one of the three kinds of awards.
What is the timeline for the Sprout Awards, from Nominations to the Awarding Ceremony?
  • Nomination Period: May 28 - June 07, 2024. Nominations close at 12:00PM!
  • Data Analysis and Deliberations: June 10 -  June 13, 2024.
  • Winners receive their emails: June 14, 2024.
  • Winners will be announced at Sprout's Annual State of HR Summit on June 19, 2024

Who organizes and sponsors the Sprout Awards?
The Sprout Awards is organized annually by Sprout Solutions and powered by Sprout Insight,  an advanced analytics tool that works with your Sprout HR and Sprout Payroll
How do the results get tallied?
Once you are nominated we use Sprout Insight to analyze your HR and Payroll data, to determine whether you are a winner of an award.
What factors lead to my company winning the award?
  • Best Workplace Culture Award: This award is honored to companies that demonstrate good work-life balance with competitive benefits, diversity in gender, age, and leadership roles, and high growth.
  • Employee Loyalty Builder Award: This award is attainable by companies who provide career opportunities and benefits to their employees leading to a more tenured workforce.
  • Employee Engagement Champion: This award is given to companies that foster a work environment that supports career growth and development, keeping employees empowered and engaged.
How often do you plan on giving out these Awards?
This is the second run of the Sprout Awards, and will continue to be an annual event moving forward.
How can the winners get their results?
The winning nominated companies will receive an email on June 14, 2024 about the award that they’ve won as well the next steps.
