TASKS:
- Ensure that clients are maximizing the value they get from Sprout by either maximizing their current subscription or availing add-ons relevant to clients’ needs (Upsells).
- Create renewal, upsell strategies and focus on selling with retention as a priority.
- Personally manage escalations from clients, and follow a methodical escalation process to executives.
- Deepen understanding of our clients through monthly health checks, quarterly business reviews and other campaigns.
- Understand clients’ KPIs and objectives and exhaust all resources by coordinating with other departments to yield results.
- Own key metrics for the team such as renewal rate, up-sell target, customer satisfaction survey score
- Execute proactive engagements with clients thus driving more value
- Create standard presentation materials for business meetings
QUALIFICATIONS | COMPETENCIES:
- At least 2 years experience in account management, preferably in the software industry
- Has a track record of being a high achiever and a results driven professional
- Strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue and growth
- Has analytical, collaborative, solutions, and process oriented mindset
- Ability to command a group of individuals in a room quickly and be assertive in a public environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to work and effectively collaborate with all levels of the organization (growth, marketing, professional services).
- Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment in a team and individually.
