First launched in 2022, the YEAR END AWARDS were created to honor companies that foster a healthy work-life balance, actively engage their employees both personally and professionally, continuously innovate and improve their business processes, and create a sustainable workplace where employees feel safe and empowered to thrive. Through this Insight & Pulse-powered campaign, Year End Awards aim to to celebrate and honor outstanding individuals and organizations, based on their company data AND employee insights.
What are the Year End Awards?
The Year End Awards celebrate your company’s outstanding achievements, backed by data from Sprout Insight and Pulse. Insight analyzes your performance metrics, while Pulse captures employee sentiments. Together, these insights empower us to recognize your success as a great employer through our award presentations.
All companies in the Sprout Universe are eligible to participate, nominate, and be recognized by completing the nomination form available from October 28 to November 15, 2024.
The team will utilize two key products to determine the winners: 
  • Sprout Insight, our advanced data analytics tool, to gather and analyze data, and 
  • Sprout Pulse, which collects employee feedback to identify the top companies in each category. Employees rank their sentiments on a 1-5 scale through surveys sent to their HR dashboards. 
Winners are selected by analyzing their company data and survey data to recognize the most deserving recipients.
A total of fifteen (15) Awards will be given.

You can use pre-built surveys tailored to your needs, and it will handle the data collection and analysis for you, saving you time and effort.
      • Pulse Professional 3 Month Subscription
        • With Pulse Professional, you can even create custom surveys with your own questions, on top of all the great features already included.
          • Note: The question must be answerable in a 1-5 scale.
        • For clients already subscribed to Pulse – You will get a free upgrade to Professional for 3 months.
        • For clients who aren’t subscribed to Pulse – You will get a complimentary 3 month Pulse Professional Subscription
  • Your company is awarded with free benefits for Wellness and Smile Checks (must be activated by the end of February)
    • What is Wellness?
      • Sprout’s Wellness Program is a broad solution designed to impact the organizations’ and employees’ mental and physical health concerns while remaining compliant with DOLE’s Mental Health Act.

A company can nominate itself for up to three (3) awards but will ultimately be eligible to win only one (1) award. This approach allows us to gain a comprehensive understanding of your company’s achievements while balancing the limited number of participants per award to ensure a fair experience for all.

  • Innovator: For companies that pioneer innovative business solutions with Sprout to adapt to changing industry needs, resulting in greater efficiency.
  • Great Employer: For organizations that excel in creating a remarkable workplace characterized by high employee retention, substantial growth, and dedicated team members.
  • Leadership Equality & Empowerment: For companies that champion gender diversity and inclusion, fostering environments where all voices are valued and empowered.
  • Future Leader Builder: For organizations that cultivate a culture of personal and professional growth, promoting learning, upskilling, and opportunities for employees.
The company’s category (small, medium, or large business) will be determined based on the segment specified in their Sprout subscription.
Companies may only nominate themselves for three of the five kinds of awards.
  • Nomination Period: Oct 28 – Nov 15, 2024. Nominations close at 12:00 PM
  • Pulse Survey Period: Nov 18 – Nov 22, 2024
  • Data Analysis and Deliberations: Nov 25  – Dec 6, 2024
  • Winners will receive an email of their award and will be announced on Sprout’s social media channels and website: Dec 16 -20, 2024

  • The Year End Awards is an annual event organized by Sprout Solutions, featuring Sprout Insight, an advanced analytics tool that integrates with Sprout HR and Sprout Payroll, along with Sprout Pulse, a tool for gathering employee engagement data.
Once you are nominated, we will use Sprout Insight and Sprout Pulse to analyze your data and employee sentiments, to determine whether you are a winner of an award.
  • Work-Life Integration: This is awarded to companies who have low overtime, and employees feel that they have a good work-life balance and are satisfied with their work
  • Innovator: This award honors companies that embrace innovation, equip employees with essential tools, and strategically optimize their workforce for maximum impact.
  • Great Employer: This award is presented to companies that cultivate a workplace environment that inspires and motivates employees, ensuring their goals are aligned with the organization’s mission
  • Leadership Equality & Empowerment: This award goes to companies who have gone above and beyond to ensure the safety of their diverse employees, creating a supportive environment where they can thrive and grow.
  • Future Leader Builder: This award celebrates companies who prioritize their employees’ professional growth,through meaningful commitments and opportunities, inspiring a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • This is the third year of the Year End Awards, which will now be an annual tradition moving forward.
  • The winning nominated companies will receive an email on December 16-20, 2024 about the award that they’ve won as well the next steps.
