How does it work?
- STEP 1: Nomination Period
- For the company to become eligible for an award, they must be nominated by their HR admin through this form.
- Companies can only be nominated from October 28 to November 15, 2024.
- For each of the five awards, there will be a maximum of 5 competitors each for small, medium, and large companies. This is based on the segment classification of your Sprout subscription.
- All participants will also receive a year end data report of their company through Sprout Insight and a Pulse data report based on employee sentiment!
- STEP 2: Pulse Survey Period
- After the Nomination Period, nominees will receive a Sprout Pulse survey, which will be available on their employees’ HR Dashboard. The survey will consist of only five questions, making it quick and easy for everyone to participate.
- Pulse Surveys will run from November 18-22. If your employees don’t see the surveys in their HR Dashboards, we recommend disabling any ad blockers to ensure proper display.
- STEP 3: Deliberations
- The Sprout team will analyze the data of the nominees to determine the winners.
- Winners of the awards will have the chance to be featured prominently on Sprout’s online channels, receive gifts and other benefits, and have the opportunity to share their story in an exclusive interview!
- Your company will be promoted across Sprout Social Media and Newsletter which has a following of over 140,000!
- STEP 4: Awarding
- Winners will receive a congratulatory email by December 16-20 at the latest.

- Sprout Insight, our advanced data analytics tool, to gather and analyze data, and
- Sprout Pulse, which collects employee feedback to identify the top companies in each category. Employees rank their sentiments on a 1-5 scale through surveys sent to their HR dashboards.

- Winners will receive an email of their award and will be announced on Sprout’s social media channels and website: Dec 16 -20, 2024
