I think what’s most important for an HR Head in my position is to be able to balance the need and requirement of both the employees and the management. I wouldn’t want to impose Sprout, but in terms of selecting a system or a platform I would really choose what my employees and what our company would really [find] more cost effective and more efficient, so that people would be more productive.
